Claudia Christoffel works on socio-political issues. Her works visualize aspects of feminism, climate change and economic issues. For this she uses a wide variety of materials: for example posters, light banners, photographs and drawings. She graduated in 2002 with a Master of Arts in Cultural Studies, Art Studies and German Language and Literature at the University of Bremen and in 2004 with a Diploma in Visual Communication at the HfbK Hamburg. Besides her busy exhibition activity as an artist in Germany and abroad, she is the founder and curator of SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL GIRL GANG.
