Before the dispatch of the newsletter, the user will receive an email to confirm the newsletter subscription. The user has the option to cancel the newsletter at any time via the link contained in every newsletter. Unconfirmed newsletter subscriptions will be deleted automatically within 4 weeks.
Concerning the newsletter subscription the provider stores the time of subscription and confirmation, as well as the users IP address. The provider is required by law to document applications, in order to demonstrate a proper fulfilment.
